California Poppies

In the Spring of 2019, Southern California exploded with wildflowers known as a superbloom and I was privileged to witness it’s beauty. I traveled to Temecula, Ca to take photos of the rolling hills covered in poppy flowers. As you can see, the vivid orange is not exaggerated and is true to the color that I actually saw. With the sun high in the sky, the sunlight illuminated the flowers in golden and other vibrant colors.
